STAGE EAST CANCELS SUMMER SHOW Stage East regretfully announces that, due to illness and difficulty finding performers and crew, the show planned for this summer, “Working:The Musical”, will not go forward as planned. Stage East will be in touch with sponsors, program advertisers and season pass holders in the coming week to discuss how this affects them. Eastport Arts Center

EAC Offers Ticket Giveaway for Potential VolunteersEastport Arts Center is currently recruiting new volunteer talent, and has put together a lighthearted volunteer questionnaire to encourage current volunteers to consider whether there are new ways they’d like to be involved, and to give those new to volunteering a place to begin. The questionnaires are available at the EAC, or can be viewed for printing at http://eastportartscenter.org/constituent-groups/volunteer-questionnaire/. The Denny’s River Community Market will open May 26,2016. It is located at the new Dennysville Town Hall and the corner of Rt.1 and Rt.86. Hours 3:00 to 6:00 P.M.
